The nuts that are derived from trees nominally hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, and brazil nuts are found to be one of the most common triggers to these kinds of skin itching due to food allergies. It is also said that such adverse reactions occur in the effect of food intolerance due to the presence of high protein or lack of enzymes that can digest or synthesize the fibers in these nuts.
