Lifestyle includes everything, from the way of living to the whole schedule to the quality of food in terms of nutrients. In the modern era, people are so busy with the jam-packed schedules that they barely give attention to when they sleep and when they are supposed to wake up in the morning. This is common among teenagers; they tend to stay awake in the midnight and sleep till afternoon. Which are the main reason for the increasing health problems and even mental too?
Biological Clock
We should keep in mind what the Biological clock of our body says. According to the biological clock:
One should sleep around 10 in the night because it’s the time when our body undergoes detoxification, and it’s essential to give rest to the body at that time.
The detoxification stops around 4 in the morning, so waking up at this hour brings peace in the mind and body.
One should excrete out waste before 7 a.m. for proper peristaltic movements the whole day.
Breakfast should be done before 9 a.m.
This is the primary biological clock which must be followed for a healthy living.
Including a healthy dose of exercise and Yoga to initiate peace of mind and a healthy body. Also checking on your daily intake of junk food and the use of oil in the food you may be having at your canteen. Checking on healthier ways to cook food yourself than fry your way to a tasty meal.
Eating fast food is commonly seen in teenagers who is responsible for the various health issues; they tend to have junk food in fast food joints as it’s readily available, requires no time to make and a treat to their taste buds.
Dieting Misinterpretation
People often misinterpret the idea of dieting by eating less. For them eating less will help them in making slim and they’ll be able to maintain a good shape. But it is wrong to think this way as it’s not about eating less it is about eating healthy. Eating less and following a strict diet plan only makes a person weak and not slim. Fasting for so long without eating anything doesn’t make you slim but makes you weak and more prone to diseases and even ulcers. This is because when we’re hungry, our stomach produces acid for the digestion of food we’ll eat, and if we do not eat anything, this acid deteriorated the stomach lining leading to ulcers.
So, one should understand that fasting and staying hungry for long can never give you a perfect slim shape. If one needs a perfect body free of diseases and glowing skin, then they should first check their lifestyle.
“Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.”
An old saying which we all are aware of, but we never really understand it correctly. It emphasizes on sleeping early and doing work according to our biological clock.
Remember that your body can’t talk it can only give you signs by malfunction like when you fall sick and not in a position to perform tasks; that’s when you come to know that your body cries out for help. And all that malfunction can only rectify if you will start following the proper schedule, the appropriate lifestyle.
We must keep in mind that Dieting and Lifestyle go hand in hand. You can’t just start dieting and expects your body to function correctly if your lifestyle is not good. For a healthy body, one should focus both on proper Lifestyle and a healthy diet.
Here’s to a better future of health and lifestyle, so for the next time you see that extra inch on your waist, the solution is not only in cutting down on food, but also changing the way you live.
